Pizza Workshop

Antipasto: Italian Small Plates

FRESH HANDMADE PASTA

Through hands-on learning with our Chefs, our Pizza Workshop you will teach you the necessary cooking and baking skills to prepare a delicious pizzas at home. During this class you will be learning proper technique and gaining knowledge needed to prepare your perfect pizza.


  • Pizza Dough
  • Chopped Salad


 A child under 18 is able to attend this class with an adult, both must purchase tickets. No more than 2 children under the supervision of 1 adult.

Fresh Handmade Ravioli

Our Filled Pasta Class is aimed at those home cooks that have had success with fresh pasta in the past, and are looking to take on some additional challenges. 


  • Ravioli Dough
  • Italian Sausage filling 
  • Spinach Artichoke filling 
  • Tomato sauce

Pasta Volume 2

Continuing with the third of our Handmade Pasta Classes, students in the Advanced Pasta Class will make 3 types of pasta noodles.


  •  Garganelli, 
  • Farfalle, 
  • Pasta Alla Chitarra. 
  • Goat Cheese Cavatelli 


 Chef will demonstrate Basil Pesto, Alfredo sauce, and Puttanesca sauce. Students are recommended but not required to take either the Handmade Pasta Class or the Ravioli Class before attending the Advanced Pasta Class.
