AFTER SCHOOL FOUR-WEEK SERIES
Four classes, one per week
Jr. Chefs After School Series Classes for kids & young teens! This four class series runs weekly and runs approximately two-hours. Classes will focus on teaching specific cooking skills and utilizing a variety of ingredients to create delicious recipes for your kids to eat and enjoy!
Muffin: Kids will learn the fundamental and essential baking both sweet and savory muffins. With the aid and instruction of our Chefs, the Workshop will teach your child the skills and how put them into practice...kicking your kid's baking up a notch.
This class will last approximately 2-hrs...kids should come ready to learn, have fun and be ready to enjoy the food prepared at the end of class! *
Pop-Overs: Kids will learn the fundamentals of pie crusts and fillings! With the aid and instruction of our Chefs, the Workshop will teach your child the skills and how put them into practice...kicking your kid's baking up a notch.

Biscuits & Jam: Kids will learn the fundamentals making biscuit dough and jams from seasonal fruits!

In our Sauces & Seasoning Workshop, kids will begin exploring the how's and why's of what makes recipes so tasty and delicious by learning to prepare basic sauces and how to use seasonings to create outstanding meals.

In this workshop, Jr. Chefs will work in small groups under the guidance of the chefs to create a balanced meal using the skills they have learned during the previous three weeks.

Some of our menus and recipes for workshops change based on the season, chef's inclination and the availability of the best ingredients possible!
