ADULT CLASSES $85-$105

BAKING & PASTRY

All classes will last approximately 3-hrs (unless otherwise noted), and are a combination of hands-on learning and chef-lead informational sessions. Come ready to learn and to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! We are BYOB! Glasses, openers and ice tubs are provided. 

Cupcakes

Through a combination of hands-on and Chef demonstration you will be learning to make and decorate cupcakes.  You'll learn the basics of decorating Vanilla and Chocolate Cupcakes as well as a special S'mores Cupcake.


  •  Vanilla & Chocolate Cupcakes
  • Chocolate Ganache
  • Italian Buttercream 
  • American Buttercream
  • Marshmallow Meringue Frosting



This class will last approximately 3 1/2 hrs...come ready to learn and take home 6 cupcakes. 


Scheduled in January, March, May & September.

donuts & Beignets

Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration you will be learning to prepare the following dishes. 


  •  Baked Triple Chocolate Cake Doughnuts, 
  • Donut Holes, 
  • French Beignets 
  • Vanilla Glaze  
  • Chocolate Ganache 
  • Pastry Cream. 


 A child under 18 is able to attend this class with an adult, both must purchase tickets. No more than 2 children under the supervision of 1 adult. 


This class will last approximately 3-hrs...come ready to learn and be ready to enjoy your donuts and take home what you can't finish.


Scheduled every month.

BREADS, BAGELS & BUNS!

Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration you will be learning to prepare the following dishes. 


  • Bagels, 
  • Focaccia Bread 
  • Brioche Buns


This class will last approximately 3-hrs...come ready to learn and be ready to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class. You will be permitted to take your fresh baked goods home with you.

Scheduled in January, March, May, July, September & November.

FRENCH MACARON

Pies, Galettes & pop tarts

Sweet, cute and delicious and yet, extremely complicated to make. Learn the secrets of these sweet  iconic treats and leave with a box of your very own creations, then our Macaron classes are for you! This class will last approximately 3-4 hrs.


NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of Macaron preparation, please be advised that weather and humidity can affect the outcome of the final product.

Chocolate Basics

Crafting Chocolate is an art and a science. In this hands-on class students will learn the science of tempering as well as crafting delicious chocolate confections. 


Student will work to fill a box of their own creations to take home. This class will last approximately 3 hours.
