Private Classes FOR PARTIES

Private Events are non-refundable.  Given the nature of Private Events, and that your deposit holds a specific date and time, one which could be utilized to offer a public class, we need 3 weeks notice in order to reschedule a Private Event and have that deposit applied your new event date. Please note that there are also other factors in this policy, such as the need to secure curriculum specific staff and supplies in advance.  Failing to contact us, not showing up or contacting us beyond the permitted rescheduling time frame will be considered a forfeiture of your tickets and your deposit, and those payments CANNOT be applied to another class. So, please notify us as far as possible in advance and within the allotted rescheduling period if the need occurs. Thanks!
