At Culinary Craft Workshop, we’ve given a lot of thought to how we can keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible while still offering a wide variety of unique classes. As a small business with limited seating — and many classes offered only a few times a year — empty seats have a BIG impact.
Our updated rescheduling policy is designed to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which helps us keep costs down for everyone!

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you require at least two weeks’ notice to reschedule?
Our classes often sell out, and when that happens, other guests are unable to register. While we do offer a waitlist, it is rarely used. With two weeks’ notice, we have a much better chance of filling the seat so it doesn’t go unused.
Why can’t I just move to another class if I can’t make mine?
It may feel like moving your registration is simple, but every reschedule takes away our opportunity to sell that original seat to someone else. Even without a refund, the lost spot represents a real cost for us as a small business.
What if something comes up last minute?
We understand that life happens — illness, childcare challenges, work obligations, and more. If you need to cancel on short notice, we will do our best to fill your seat from our waitlist, but we can’t guarantee it. You’re always welcome to send a family member or friend in your place so the seat doesn’t go unused.
