Group Events at CCW
Private Cooking Classes create a unique & engaging culinary experience for your group. Company events, birthday party or group get togethers. Events are scheduled based on workshop availability.
These events are 3 hours and include a chef instructor, chef assistant, dishwasher, equipment, and food. We are a BYOB establishment, so you are welcome to bring your own adult refreshments or soft drinks.
What to expect
Once we have confirmed the date and time that works for your group is available, booking your event should take approximately 15 mins. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. You will choose a menu and any extras your group may prefer.
Two weeks before the event we will reach out to confirm your final headcount, menu and collect the balance due.
We will open our door 15 minutes before the start of your event. Recipes that are used during the event will be emailed to the coordinator to distributed to the group.

We can prepare a charcuterie or crudité board for an additional charge or simply bring your own snacks. Charcuterie Board $100 (serves up to 15) or $200 (serves 15-24)

Groups of 20 to 24
Culinary Craft Workshop can accommodate up to 24 individuals for traditional, hands-on cooking events. Events over 20 will include two chef instructors, one chef assistant, a dishwasher, as well as all required recipes, equipment, and ingredients.We can prepare a charcuterie or crudité board for an additional charge or simply bring your own snacks. Charcuterie Board $200 serves up to 24.

Groups 25 to 35
Culinary Craft Workshop can accommodate groups up to 35 with a demonstration cooking event. Events of this size will include two chef instructors,one chef assistant, a dishwasher, as well as all required recipes, equipment, and ingredients.

Private Events are non-refundable. Given the nature of Private Events, and that your deposit holds a specific date and time, one which could be utilized to offer a public class, we need 3 weeks notice in order to reschedule a Private Event (only once) and have that deposit applied your new event date. Please note that there are also other factors in this policy, such as the need to secure curriculum specific staff and supplies in advance. Failing to contact us, not showing up or contacting us beyond the permitted rescheduling time frame will be considered a forfeiture of your tickets and your deposit, and those payments CANNOT be applied to another class. So, please notify us as far as possible in advance and within the allotted rescheduling period if the need occurs. Thanks!

Homeschool & School Group classes are available to groups looking to utilize cooking as a teaching tool for subjects science and math, or simply as a fun social activity to share with other kids! Things to know about these workshops:
