Corporate Events


Culinary Craft Workshop is the ultimate destination for a unique and exciting Corporate Event that goes beyond the typical luncheon or happy hour. CCW is the perfect environment for corporate entertaining, team building, or client appreciation. Our events boost morale, foster teamwork, communication and creativity. Most of all they are a lot of fun!


Our classes are engaging and interactive.  We offer hands-on or chef demonstration classes depending on the size of your group. Our culinary team is knowledgeable and engaging. Events are 3 hours and include a chef instructor, chef assistant, dishwasher, equipment and food.  CCW is a BYOB establishment so you can bring the refreshments your group would prefer. Glasses and ice are provided with no corkage fee. 


What to expect

Once we have confirmed the date and time that works for your group is available, booking your event should take approximately 15 mins.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.  You will choose a menu and any extras your group may prefer. 


Two weeks before the event we will reach out to confirm your final headcount, menu and collect the balance due. 


We will open our door 15 minutes before the start of your event. Recipes that are used during the event will be emailed to the coordinator to distributed to the group.

Groups up to 19

Choose from any of our classes except for Fresh Pasta which can only be done with groups under 14.  Events up to 19 will include one chef instructor, one chef assistant, a dishwasher, as well as all required recipes, equipment, and ingredients. Premium Classes can be done with an additional $15 per person surcharge. Gratuity is not included. Events are scheduled based on workshop availability. 


We can prepare a charcuterie or crudité board for an additional charge or simply bring your own snacks.  

Charcuterie Board $100 (serves up to 15) or $200 (serves 15-24)

Culinary Craft Workshop can accommodate up to 24 individuals for traditional, hands-on cooking events. Events over 20 will include two chef instructors, one chef assistant, a dishwasher, as well as all required recipes, equipment, and ingredients. Premium Classes can be done with an additional $15 per person surcharge. Gratuity is not included. Events are scheduled based on workshop availability. 


We can prepare a charcuterie or crudité board for an additional charge or simply bring your own snacks.  

Charcuterie Board $200 serves up to 24.

Culinary Craft Workshop can accommodate groups up to 35 with a demonstration cooking event. Events of this size will include two chef instructors, one chef assistant, a dishwasher, as well as all required recipes, equipment, and ingredients. Gratuity is not included. Events are scheduled based on workshop availability. 


We can prepare a charcuterie or crudité board for an additional charge or simply bring your own snacks.  Charcuterie Board $300 serves up to 25-35.

Pricing for groups 25-30

Monday-Thursday  $3,100

Friday-Sunday  $3,400


Pricing for groups 30-35

Monday-Thursday   $3,500

Friday-Sunday     $4,000


RESCHEDULING POLICY


Corporate Events are non-refundable.  Given the nature of Corporate Events, and that your deposit holds a specific date and time, one which could be utilized to offer a public class, we require 3 weeks notice in order to reschedule a Corporate Event (only once) and have that deposit applied your new event date. 


Please note that there are also other factors in this policy, such as the need to secure curriculum specific staff and supplies in advance.  Failing to contact us, not showing up or contacting us beyond the permitted rescheduling time frame will be considered a forfeiture of your tickets and your deposit, and those payments CANNOT be applied to another class. So, please notify us as far as possible in advance and within the allotted rescheduling period if the need occurs. Thanks!
