Updated Rescheduling Policy for tickets purchased after 9/11/25
At Culinary Craft Workshop, we’ve given a lot of thought to how we can keep our ticket prices as affordable as possible while still offering a wide variety of unique classes. As a small business with limited seating — and many classes only offered a few times a year — empty seats have a big impact.
Our updated rescheduling policy is designed to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, which helps us keep costs down for everyone.
Adult & Family Classes
Kids Camps & Afterschool Classes
No-Shows & Late Notices
Private Events are also non-refundable. We require 3 weeks’ notice to reschedule a Private Event. Final headcount and balance are due 2 weeks before the event. The number of attendees can only be increased after balance is collected.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you require at least two weeks’ notice to reschedule?
Our classes often sell out, and when that happens, other guests are unable to register. While we do offer a waitlist, it is rarely used. With two weeks’ notice, we have a much better chance of filling the seat so it doesn’t go unused.
Why can’t I just move to another class if I can’t make mine?
It may feel like moving your registration is simple, but every reschedule takes away our opportunity to sell that original seat to someone else. Even without a refund, the lost spot represents real cost for us as a small business.
What if something comes up last minute?
We understand that life happens — illness, childcare challenges, work obligations, and more. If you need to cancel on short notice, we will do our best to fill your seat from our waitlist, but we can’t guarantee it. You’re always welcome to send a family member or friend in your place so the seat doesn’t go unused.
Come dressed for and prepared to cook! We highly recommend proper attire, including comfortable footwear.
We are a fully functional commercial kitchen and workshop with sharp tools, heavy equipment, and open flames. Your safety is of utmost concern to us!
Sometimes due to inclement weather or low enrollment we may be unable to offer a class at the scheduled time.
In those instances, we will contact you approximately 72 hours prior to the scheduled class time. You will have the option of rescheduling to a future offering of that class, or to move to any other class on our calendar.
Please understand that canceling a scheduled class is not something we take lightly, and when it becomes absolutely necessary, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

Many of these classes do utilize knives and open flame for cooking. You know your children; their patience and their motor skills. We leave it up to you to decide if one of our Parent & Child Classes is right for your kid(s).
Please note, if your child becomes disruptive or is not acting in a safe manor we may ask you to leave the class.
Out of concern for the safety of our students and staff we reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather.
You will be notified by email or phone no later than one hour before class, sooner if possible.
If your class needs to be canceled, you will have a class credit of equal amount with CCW for up to one year.
