Please reach us at info@cookccw.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Tickets are non-refundable. We do allow for rescheduling one time only, as long as you contact us at least 72 hours prior to your class' scheduled start time. Groups of 4 or more must contact us 1 week prior to class to reschedule. If you are sick and not able to attend a class last minute you can transfer the tickets to a friend.
Kids Camps are non-refundable but can be rescheduled at least THREE WEEKS from the first day of any Kids Summer Camps. We know things come up unexpectedly, but we have limited spaces, secured staff based on class size and incurred the cost of supplies. Tickets are transferable.
Failing to contact us and not showing up or contacting us within the permitted time frame will be considered a forfeiture of your tickets and your registration payment CANNOT be applied to another class. Again, tickets are transferable, so feel free to share your tickets with a friend or family member, they will still be honored for the scheduled class.
Come dressed for and prepared to cook! We highly recommend proper attire, including comfortable footwear.
We are a fully functional commercial kitchen and workshop with sharp tools, heavy equipment, and open flames. Your safety is of utmost concern to us!
As much as it pain us, on occasion it is necessary to cancel classes. Sometimes due to inclement weather or if we have classes that simply don't have enough students registered to make it possible for us to be able to offer the class at the scheduled time.
In those instances, we will contact you approximately 72 hours prior to the scheduled class time and update you on the class status. We will give you the option of rescheduling to a future offering of that class, or to move to any other class on our calendar.
Please understand that canceling a scheduled class is not something we take lightly, and when it becomes absolutely necessary, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
No, we do not offer catering. Rather, we focus on teaching those with a love of food how to cook, become better cooks, or simply have fun in the kitchen while learning new skills, information, and techniques.
YES! We are a BYOB facility!
You can bring your own beer, wine or spirits to enjoy while you cook or with your meal.
We supply wine glasses, bottle openers and an ice tub to keep drinks cold.
NOTE: "Pairing Classes" DO include tasting size servings as a part of the class.
Our Chefs and Kitchen staff work very hard to make sure you learn, have fun, and to give you the best class experience possible !
If you appreciate that level of service, Cash gratuities are greatly appreciated! Our Chefs do have the ability to also accept Venmo for electronic gratuities.
On behalf of our Workshop Staff, we thank you in advance for your generosity!
Children are not allowed to attend Adult Classes on Thursday, Friday or Saturday nights 5pm or later.
Sundays are considered Family Days and Saturday classes in the morning or midday are considered "All ages" classes. Kids must attend WITH an adult and everyone in attendance must purchase adult tickets. These are NOT drop-off classes.
Is the class you are interested in full? Send us an email and we can add you to the waitlist.
There really isn't a minimum age, per se, for these classes. You will be the chaperone for the children attending with you.
Many of these classes do utilize knives and open flame for cooking. You know your children; their patience and their motor skills. We leave it up to you to decide if one of our Parent & Child Classes is right for your kid(s).
Please note, if your child becomes disruptive or is not acting in a safe manor we may ask you to leave the class.
Out of concern for the safety of our students and staff we reserve the right to cancel classes due to inclement weather.
You will be notified by email or phone no later than one hour before class, sooner if possible.
If your class needs to be canceled, you will have a class credit of equal amount with CCW for up to one year.
