All classes will last approximately 3-hrs (unless otherwise noted), and are a combination of hands-on learning and chef-lead informational sessions. Come ready to learn and to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! We are BYOB! Glasses, openers and ice tubs are provided.
Enjoy learning how to make your favorite Asian takeout dishes. You will be preparing Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken & General Tso's Chicken, Sichuan Stir Fried Green Beans, Garlic Shrimp as well as Vegetable Fried Rice.
We'll guide you through the making of just a few of the hundreds of styles and fillings there are. From street food to snacks made for royalty, you'll be making dumplings for every occasion. In this Chef lead class you will be preparing such dishes as Pork Steam Buns, Vegetable Egg Rolls, Kimchi Mandu, and Dumpling Dipping Sauce or Chinese Chili Oil.
In this class our Chef will teach you the core skills needed prepare delicious Ramen at home, including the ingredients that will go into these mouth watering Japanese noodle dishes! Recipes include: Gyoza Dumplings, Ramen Stock (Pork), Miso Tare, Ramen Eggs, and of course the noodles!
Join us for Sushi Rolling:101, where you'll work with professional chefs to learn the art of sushi rolling! Classes will cover all the basics of knife artistry, rice preparation, various seafood selections, and the techniques of rolling your own sushi at home. Bring your own Sake, Wine or Japanese beer and be ready to eat some sushi!
Annyounghaseyo! (Hello in Korean) Korean BBQ is fun and delicious for everyone. We'll guide you through this build your own adventure meal. From marinating the beef Bulgogi, to making all the of the side dishes called Banchan. Last but not least we'll make the most popular korean dish, Kimchii! We'll even do it two different ways!
Vegetarian or Omnivore...it makes no difference in this unique Indian Cooking Workshop! This class will feature a variety of delicious and flexible dishes, allowing guests the option of cooking with meat or strictly plant based ingredients! Through hands-on learning with our Chefs, you will teach you the necessary cooking skills to prepare a variety of recipes. Students will be preparing dishes including Tandoori "Chicken" (or Tofu), Biryani, Raita, and of course Naan bread from scratch and hot from the griddle!
Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration in our Thai Cooking Workshop, we’ll be exploring and preparing recipes such as Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Vegetable Green Curry and Glass Noodle Salad with Crispy Pork.
Some of our menus and recipes for workshops change based on the season, chef's inclination and the availability of the best ingredients possible!
