Yes, we do offer private events for adults and kids using our curriculum, and we even allow the renting of the workshop using your own catering, food and drink.
In order to offer a wide array of classes from skills to regional cooking, and more, it is necessary to spread our classes out. Most classes run every other month. Check our calendar for details.
Our classes our created by Chefs, not nutritionists, so none are truly "gluten-free". This is important to note for guests with Celiacs Disease. However, we have several classes that can be tweaked to have no gluten. The same is true of vegan and vegetarian classes. Some classes allow for the exclusion of meats, fish and dairy.
While any class is great for couples, especially Friday & Saturday nights, we are now offering couples-only classes! These classes are denoted as "for Two" in the class name and only offers a "Couple" option when purchasing tickets. Only one ticket need be purchased for these specialty classes. Unless a class states it's "for Two", assume one ticket must be purchased per attendee.
Classes are non-refundable. However, we do allow for the rescheduling of classes. We know things come up unexpectedly, but we have secured staff and supplies, and as such, any class fees which you have paid can be transferred to another class, so long as you contact us within at least 72 hours from when your class was scheduled to start. Failing to contact us and not showing up or contacting us beyond the permitted time frame will be considered a forfeiture of your tickets and your registration payment CANNOT be applied to another class. Tickets are transferable, so feel free to share your tickets with a friend or family member, they will still be honored for the scheduled class.
As much as it pain us, on occasion it is necessary to cancel classes. Sometimes due to inclement weather or if we have classes that simply don't have enough students registered to make it possible for us to be able to offer the class at the scheduled time. In those instances, we will contact you approximately 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time and update you on the class status. We will give you the option of rescheduling to a future offering of that class, to move to any other class on our calendar, or to issue a refund. Please understand that canceling a scheduled class is not something we take lightly, and when it becomes absolutely necessary, we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Because COVID policies are fluid, we are too. CCW will adhere to all CDC guidelines and State mandates regarding the use of masks in our classes. When registering for classes, guests are required to inform us of their vaccination status, and their comfort level of mask use if the aforementioned guidelines or mandates allow for the disuse of masks. In the event that mask use is required in a given class, masks will be required at all times, except when eating or drinking. Our kitchen staff will be masked and prepared to bring you whatever ingredients, supplies or tools you may require.
All work surfaces will be sanitized both prior to and during our classes. If you are uncomfortable removing your mask to eat, your prepared food may be packed to-go and taken home.
