All classes will last approximately 3-hrs (unless otherwise noted), and are a combination of hands-on learning and chef-lead informational sessions. Come ready to learn and to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! We are BYOB! Glasses, openers and ice tubs are provided.

 In this class, Chef Nate will recreate the American Steakhouse experience through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration.

Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, in the Maryland Soups  Workshop you will be preparing a variety of celebrated Maryland Soup recipes. During this class you will be learning to prepare the following dishes.

  • Maryland Crab Soup, 
  • Cream of Crab Soup 
  • Corn Chowder.
