All classes will last approximately 3-hrs (unless otherwise noted), and are a combination of hands-on learning and chef-lead informational sessions. Come ready to learn and to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! We are BYOB! Glasses, openers and ice tubs are provided.
Sweet, cute and delicious and yet, extremely complicated to make. Learn the secrets of these sweet iconic treats and leave with a box of your very own creations, then our Macaron classes are for you! This class will last approximately 3-4 hrs.
NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of Macaron preparation, please be advised that weather and humidity can affect the outcome of the final product.
It’s time to make the donuts! Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, in the Donut Cooking Workshop you will be learning to prepare traditional Baked Triple Chocolate Cake Doughnuts, Donut Holes, French Beignets and a variety of donut glazes and fillings, including Vanilla Glaze, Chocolate Ganache and Pastry Cream. Come hungry, ready enjoy America’s favorite sweet treat.
Utilizing a combination of Chef taught process and technique, everyone can bake the perfect loaf. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, in the Breads, Bagel & Buns Workshop you will be learning to prepare Bagels, Focaccia Bread & Brioche Buns. You will be permitted to take your fresh baked goods home with you.
In this hands on class students will be learning the skills needed to bake such breakfast favorites as both sweet and savory scones, blueberry muffins and biscuits.
SEASONAL CLASS
In this unique baking skills workshop, one of our Chefs will be walking you through how to make three delicious holiday cookies...Chocolate Peppermint Thumbprint Cookies, Soft Pumpkin Cookies with Brown Butter Icing and finally, Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.
In this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of making flaky, buttery dough for pies, Pop Tarts and galettes (free-form pies) and how to bake these flaky creations. You’ll learn the process of mixing, rolling, forming, making fillings and baking the sweets treats through hands-on and demo-based applications.
SEASONAL CLASS
In our 3.5 hour Holiday Pies class you'll be exploring the skills needed to make a variety of delicious pies. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration you will learn to make a basic pie crust to make Apple or Pear Pie, Sweet Potato Pie or Pumpkin Pie. Additionally, you will learn to make a new family favorite, Peanut Butter pie with an Oreo crust.
Some of our menus and recipes for workshops change based on the season, chef's inclination and the availability of the best ingredients possible! If you have a food allergy, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however make no promises that this will be possible.
