As a recreational cooking school, all of our Chef taught hands-on cooking classes are designed for individuals, couples and groups to discover and prepare new recipes while honing their culinary skills.
We teach a variety of regional and ethnic cooking classes for guests of all skills levels. Our Chefs have a passion for food and teaching, students will learn new techniques of prepping, cooking and plating dishes in small, fun and instructive classes.
Both during and at the end of each class students will enjoy dining on the food which they and the Chef have prepared!
Is your kid already a food connoisseur or has a love of cooking? These Chef taught classes are for students aged 10-14 years old, and are a combination of hands-on cooking and Chef demonstrations designed for kids.
These kids cooking classes are modeled after our adult hands-on workshops, but with recipes designed to be fun, tasty and appealing for budding chefs! Both during and at the end of each class students will enjoy dining on the food which they and the Chef have prepared!
Designed for the parent and child who share a love of food and cooking, but want to increase and improve their knowledge and technique.
These cooking classes are modeled after our adult hands-on workshops, but with recipes designed to be appealing and fun for budding chefs and their parents!
Both during and at the end of each class students will enjoy dining on the food which they and the Chef have prepared!
Jr. Chefs After School Classes for kids & young teens! These approximately two-hour long after school classes will focus on teaching specific cooking skills and utilizing a variety of ingredients to create delicious recipes for your kids to eat and enjoy! Learning through a combination of Chef demonstrations, lecture and hands-on learning, kids will gain the confidence, skills and experience to kick their cooking up a notch! Kids should come ready to learn, cook, have fun and be ready to enjoy the food prepared at the end of class!
Designed for more seasoned cooks, these classes are part of a preplanned, multi-week curriculum which will take place one night a week for either 3 or 4 weeks in a row (series dependent).
In these more advanced cooking classes, each week, students will walk through country or region specific recipes and techniques, learning not just how to prepare these foods, but also more in depth background, facts and history of the dishes being prepared. For example French Cooking by Region.
Private Classes
Private Cooking Classes create a unique & fun culinary experience for your group.
Each group event can be customized to fit your needs and interests, incorporate team building/bonding and will include a private chef and staff.
