For kids who loves to cook and junior foodies, we are offering a variety of summer camps! Both One-Day Camps and Four-Day drop off Camp Sessions! Cooking fun for everyone!
Kids Pizza - Students will learn to make and roll out their own pizza dough and prepare their own toppings, before baking their creations for lunch.
Kids Crepes - Students will prepare their own sweet and savory crepes for lunch.
Hand Pies - Students will begin by learning an easy pie crust recipe, which they use to make both Taco and Berry Hand Pies.
Cookies & Ice Cream - Students will learn to make The Best Cookie Ever (recipe) as well as ice cream, from scratch, which they use to assemble ice cream sandwiches.
Tacos - Students will be learning to make chicken tacos from scratch and preparing toppings and sauces.
Cupcakes - Students will make and decorate cupcakes under the guidance of our pastry chefs.
Pasta - Students will be learning to make and shape their own pasta dough and the sauce to top it with.
Sushi Rolling - Students will learn to make the rice and prepare toppings to roll their own sushi.
Cooking Challenge - This is the perfect camp for kids who have attended several classes and want a challenge! Jr. Chefs will work to create a meal using everyday ingredients, as well as a few mystery ingredients! Additionally, we will have a few other games and challenges to add to the fun!
Our fun Four-day drop off camps will run Monday-Thursday from 10:30am-2:30pm. Each session will be taking a culinary trip around the world to various countries and learning about and preparing their cuisine. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, campers will be learning to read recipes, new cooking skills and techniques and preparing dishes which they will enjoy eating at the end of camp. We will be supplying campers with snacks mid-way through each class. This is a fun way to learn or improve cooking skills and experience the foods of new cultures!

Some of our menus and recipes for workshops change based on the season, chef's inclination and the availability of the best ingredients possible! If you have a food allergy, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however make no promises that this will be possible.
