All classes will last approximately 3-hrs (unless otherwise noted), and are a combination of hands-on learning and chef-lead informational sessions. Come ready to learn and to enjoy the food you prepare at the end of class! We are BYOB! Glasses, openers and ice tubs are provided.
Is there anything that conjures up a trip to France more than dining at one of the many quaint Bistros dotting this picturesque country? Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration in our French Bistro Workshop, we’ll be exploring and preparing recipes such as Steak au Poivre, French Onion soup, Salad Nicoise, and of course Creme Brûlée for dessert.
This is one of the most popular dishes from Spanish cuisine and considered their national dish. Perfect for a crowd or just two, this dish is extremely adaptable. You will discover variations like meat, fish, seafood and vegetables that will transport your taste buds to Europe. A traditional Pipirrana Salad as well as Marinated Olives round out this exciting class.
Each Tapas class will differ slightly based on the Chef instructor and the menu they create. In this demonstration heavy workshop, guests will have the option of either relaxing and watching the Chef prepare a variety of delicious Tapas, served as they are ready, or coming up and volunteering to work with the Chef to assist in the preparation and cooking of the various dishes. During this class you will be enjoying dishes such as a "Chef's choice" Mussels recipe, Marinated Olives, Steak Montados, Papas Bravas, Garlic Shrimp, and perhaps a surprise dish or two!
In our Date Night French Cooking workshop we created the perfect activity to enjoy some of that romance with your special someone! Working together as a couple along with our Chef, both through hands-on learning and demonstrations, you will be preparing such delicious French dishes as Olive Tapenade with Baguette, Salmon en Papillote, Salad Nicoise and a Chocolate Pot du Creme for dessert!
Fresh gnocchi straight from the pot and slathered in delicious sauce...a true treat for the palate! In our our Fresh Gnocchi Workshop, you will learn to make these tasty little balls of pasta joy at home! Come learn the culinary techniques to prepare those delicious recipes with our Chef. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, we’ll be exploring and preparing recipes such as Ricotta Gnocchi prepared from class-made cheese, Potato Gnocchi, Pesto, and also Goat Cheese Sauce.
One of the best things about traveling through Italy is the cuisine; especially the fresh pasta. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration, in our Fresh Pasta Workshop you will be exploring the preparation of fresh pasta, from forming the dough to making the noodles. Additionally, you will be learning to prepare Ricotta Gnocchi and delicious recipes for accompanying sauces such as Marinara and Rosé Sauce.
Be it ravioli or one of the many others types of these tasty Italian favorites. Then come learn the culinary techniques to prepare those delicious recipes with our Chef. Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstrations, our Filled Pasta Italian Cooking Workshop, we’ll be exploring and preparing several varieties of hand made pasta and tasty seasonal fillings.
While Antipasto is frequently compared to the Tapas from Spain, it is uniquely Italian. Patrons of small cafes and wine bars throughout the city can be seen enjoying Antipasto at all hours of the day. Through a combination of hands-on instruction and chef demonstrations, students will be involved in the production of Arancini, Shrimp and White Bean Salad, and Beef Carpaccio.
Through a combination of hands-on learning and Chef demonstration in our Italian Cooking Workshop, we’ll be exploring and preparing two kinds of perfect seasonal Risotto, Saltimbocca, and Roasted Vegetables.
Some of our menus and recipes for workshops change based on the season, chef's inclination and the availability of the best ingredients possible! If you have a food allergy, please let us know as far in advance as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however make no promises that this will be possible.
