For our guest's safety and in response to COVID-19 restrictions and CDC suggestions our staff and guests will be screened upon arrival.
Once open, we will be offering both our Chef-led Hands On Classes and Demonstration Workshops with smaller class sizes to accommodate social distancing.
For Hands-on Workshops, class sizes will be smaller and food preparation will be limited to those attending the workshop together as a "social pod". As such, social pods will be assigned their own work station, separated from the other work stations, and preparing recipes which will only consumed by those in their group. Masks will be required at all times, except when eating. Our kitchen staff will be masked and gloved, and prepared to bring you whatever ingredients, supplies or tools you may require.
For Demonstration Classes, we will also be hosting smaller groups and utilizing the social pod method of social distancing. Masks will be required at all times, except when eating. ONLY the Chef and a Chef's Assistant will be in contact with the prepared recipes our guests will be sampling. Our staff will be masked and gloved throughout the class. Sample dishes for each of the recipes will be provided to our guests using single use plates and cutlery.
Culinary Craft Workshop is still finalizing our pricing, however we will be offering classes which will teach a variety of kitchen skills as well as regional and ethnic cooking styles. We will be exploring different cuisines, the latest food trends, as well as offering basic cooking tips & techniques, menu-based classes and parent & child classes.
Pricing for our classes will depend both on the cost of ingredients utilized in the recipes as well as the length and type of classes being offered. Our expected class pricing for individuals will range between $49 & $79. Couples classes will start at $147 per couple. While our parent/child classes will begin at $97 for both attendees.
